Cancellation of Sales Due to Simultaneous Orders Generating Stock Depletion

The company reserves the right to cancel the sale in the event of simultaneous sales of a product that result in stock depletion.

In such cases, credit will be immediately made available in the customer's platform account for new purchases. The customer will be notified of this situation and asked to provide banking details for the option of reimbursement or transaction reversal.

Orders Retained at the State Treasury (Sefaz)

FELISA is not responsible for the retention of goods at the State Treasury (Sefaz) when it is solely due to customer issues. If a fine is issued by the tax authorities against the customer, they must appear at the fiscal office to release the goods or to contest the fine. In these cases, information regarding releases and payments is only provided to the taxpayer responsible for the tax.
